Fuji music star, Alhaji Sulaiman Adekunle a.k.a Alaiyeluwa Malaika, narrowly escaped a near fatal crash involving one of his cars on Saturday afternoon.
A reliable source informed this magazine that Malaika and his band boys were on their way to honour an engagement when the incident happened at Onipanu bus stop, Lagos mainland.
A truck was said to have smashed into the car driven by the singer’s media aide.
Malaika and his younger brother were in the car, according to the source, but the artiste escaped unhurt while his brother who was seated at the back of the car was unlucky as he reportedly sustained a deep cut on his head and hand.
However, the band went ahead to honour the engagement while the injured guy was taken to the hospital for treatment.
